of Health section that would be of value to you.
At the top of each
page, there will be brief instructions for you to follow in order to get organized,
evaluate your values and current goals, and possibly update old priorities and
develop new ones.
Take some time to think about your life and your remaining
time left on this planet.
Review the powerful advice that is provided
as well.
Step 3
Upon finishing your evaluation of each aspect
of health noted, review your notes and verbally commit yourself to leading a better
life.
Step 4
Follow the daily assignment
noted below to remain committed to yourself.

3. Determine your latest goals based on those values.

Commit to them all.
5. Contribute towards them all.
Be accountable for
your current, new, or updated values, goals, and lifestyle.
