How to Use This Site

Get out a notebook and writing utensil. Be prepared to start contributing immediately towards leading a healthier, happier, and essentially more successful life.

Step 1
Check out the pages within Mission Control and get to know me and my objectives.

Step 2
Select a page located within the Aspects of Health section that would be of value to you.

At the top of each page, there will be brief instructions for you to follow in order to get organized, evaluate your values and current goals, and possibly update old priorities and develop new ones.

Take some time to think about your life and your remaining time left on this planet.

Review the powerful advice that is provided as well.

Step 3
Upon finishing your evaluation of each aspect of health noted, review your notes and verbally commit yourself to leading a better life.

Step 4
Follow the daily assignment noted below to remain committed to yourself.

Daily Assignment
1. Consider your health and its impact on your life.
2. Determine your latest values related to health.
3. Determine your latest goals based on those values.
4. Commit to them all.
5. Contribute towards them all.

Be accountable for your current, new, or updated values, goals, and lifestyle.

Study the advice provided throughout the site and incorporate it in your daily life.

Need more assitance? If you find yourself unable or unwilling to stick with the program that you've created for yourself, consider finding a coach to assist you on a daily or weekly basis in establishing accountability in your life. Good luck!
